Kristi Anne Armstrong

Kristi Anne Armstrong, a resident of Ada, Oklahoma, was born on May 22, 1974 in Ada to Chyrel Jean (Britt) and Monty Craig Tolbert. She passed away at her home in Ada on Sunday, March 8, 2026, at the age of 51.

Kristi grew up in Mill Creek and Sulphur, graduating from Sulphur High School in 1992. She earned an Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Murray State College in 1995 and went on to build a career as a Registered Nurse in hospitals, home health care, and long-term care settings. She was married to David Michael “Bodie” Armstrong.

Known for her bright spirit and spunky zest for life, Kristi had a smile and laughter that filled any room and brought joy to those around her. She was preceded in death by her mother, Chyrel Britt Grantham, her maternal grandparents, and her paternal grandfather.

She is survived by her loving husband, Bodie Armstrong, of the home in Ada; her father and stepmother, Monty and Dixie Tolbert of Sulphur; her stepfather, George Grantham of Sulphur; her son and his fiancée, Spencer Upton and Raegan Mink of San Diego, California; her grandmother, Alene Ambrose; her siblings, Stephany Light and husband Dave of Roff, Joe Tolbert and Shelbey Brewer of Sulphur, Britney Norriss and husband Justin of McAlester, Rachel O’Quin and husband Shan of Edmond, and Randi Rice and husband Ronnie of Edmond; two brothers-in-law, three sisters-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
