She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Buford, Genell Smith and Geneva Duvall. She is survived by: her parents, Gary Smith and Billie Sue Smith; her son Zain Andrew Smith; her pet Cave; her brother Brandon Smith (Ashley) of Park City; and her sibling's children, Bridgette, Carson and Caleb Smith.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Cave City Cemetery.
