With solemn reverence, we commemorate Kimberly Pennington of Laurel Bloomery, Tennessee, whose life came to an end on March 7, 2026 at the age of 59, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Blevins and Shelby Blevins; her brother Ira "Micky" Blevins Jr.; and her pet Cooper. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Gorsline; her sister Elizabeth Waddell (James); her children, Michael, Chris, Mathew Waddell and Kenneth Pennington (Danielle); her grandchild Hayden; her stepson Stephen Gorsline (Jade); her stepgrandchildren, Michael, Nevaeh, Nova, Memphis, Waylon and Amy; her stepdaughter Kaitlyn Gorsline; her stepgrandchild Avery; and her nieces, Nicole Grimmett and Shae Blevins.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Mountain City Funeral Home (224 S Church St, Mountain City, TN 37683). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers or monetary gifts, donations may be made to the American Heart Association in Kimberly's memory.
