Kimberly D. Eshleman, age 62, passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at UPMC West Shore Hospital. Born on August 5, 1963, in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of Carolyn Warren Bingaman and the late Charles “Bing” Bingaman.
A 1981 graduate of Greencastle-Antrim Senior High School, Kim and her husband owned and operated Mrs. Gibble’s Restaurant. Known for her caring nature and warm hospitality, she was a devoted member of Antrim Brethren in Christ Church. She found joy in serving others, working puzzles, reading, attending her children’s sporting events, and most of all, spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her loving husband, Rodney E. Eshleman, whom she married on September 27, 1981; her five children, Tabitha R. Baer (Josh) of Greencastle, Aimee S. Eshleman of Dillsburg, Aindrea R. Cordell (Brad) of Greencastle, Stefan E. Eshleman (Emily) of Greencastle, and Dr. Kortney P. Hurley (Aaron) of Greencastle; two bonus daughters, Kim “Shan” Best of Stroudsburg and Angie Gaido of Dillsburg; twelve grandchildren, Zach, Kae, Hayden, Harper, Kirstin, Eli, Jairus, Abbie, Henley, Alan, Logan, and Allie; three siblings, Tim Bingaman of Marietta, Georgia, Wendy Hart (Tom) of Greencastle, and Barry Bingaman (Lisa) of Springville, Alabama; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
