Kimberly Collins

Miss Kimberly Nigeria Collins entered eternal rest on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at the age of 52. She was born on March 29, 1973, at Oconee Memorial Hospital to her parents, JC and Margaret Collins.

A graduate of Liberty High School and Southern Wesleyan University, where she earned a degree in Accounting and Business, Kimberly worked as an Accounting Grants Coordinator at Clemson University. She found joy in singing, traveling with her family—especially to the ocean—and serving in her church. Always ready to lend a hand, she was known for her willingness to help her loved ones whenever they needed her.

Kimberly was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents. She is survived by her parents, JC and Margaret Collins of Norris, South Carolina; her sister, Carolyn V. Cunningham of Norris; her brothers, Julius C. Collins of Norris and Roger D. (Dashawn) Cannon of Rock Hill; five nephews; one niece; and a host of other relatives and friends.
