Kim Edwards (Grable)

Kim Edwards, 69, passed peacefully with her family by her side on March 12, 2026. Born in Akron, she lived most of her life in Tallmadge, Ohio, where she created a life deeply rooted in family, friendship, and the simple joys she cherished. Kim devoted 44 years to her work at Acme, where she was a valued and longtime employee and where she first met her beloved husband, Gary.

She found great pleasure in her part-time work at Rockin’ on the River, traveling with Gary to favorite destinations such as Florida and Las Vegas, and in the quiet contentment of completing puzzles, reading, and spending time with her grandchildren. Her warmth and unwavering love for her family remain her most enduring legacy.

Kim was preceded in death by her husband, Gary; her parents, Paul and Hazel Grable; her brother, Robert Grable; and her sister, Karen Grable.

She is survived by her daughters, Tonya (Todd) Lucas and Courtney (Wes) Fuller; her grandchildren, Allyson Lucas and Isaac Fuller; her sister, Kerene (Bill) Gold; and her brothers, Dick (Carolyn) Grable and Thomas Grable.
