He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Hill and Linda Hill (Nolan); and his siblings, Thomas Hill Jr. and Linda Orlando (Hill). He is survived by: his siblings, John Hill, William Hill (Lynda) and Mary Ellen (Hill) Peal (Thomas); his brother-in-law Francis Orlando; and his siblings' children, Lee Peal (Hannah), Caitlyn Peal, Francesca Hill, Julia Marie Hill, Nolan Hill, Thomas Hill and Aidan Hill. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McInerny Funeral Home (502 W Water St, Elmira, NY 14905).
