Kerry Joseph Livingston

Kerry Joseph Livingston, 38, of Frostburg, Maryland, passed away at home on February 28, 2026.

Born on July 1, 1987, in Augusta, Georgia, to Helen Duncan and the late Kerry Neil Livingston, Kerry was preceded in death by his sister, Kimberly Duncan, and his grandparents, Geraldine and Ken Livingston and Frances and Glenn “Speed” Hannah.

He is survived by his mother, Helen Duncan; his fiancé, Naomi Riggleman; and their son, Brendan Livingston. Kerry and Naomi’s second child, Audrey Grace Livingston, is due in September. He is also survived by his stepmother, Cindy Livingston; his devoted sister, Hanna Livingston; his dog, Hank; and many cousins and members of the extended Livingston, McGown, and Hannah families.

A Dean’s List student at ACM majoring in Criminal Justice and a member of the National Honor Society, Kerry possessed a heart of gold and was always the first to offer help to anyone in need, whether it was home repairs, fixing cars, or mowing grass. An avid cyclist who loved fishing and camping, he embraced many hobbies throughout his life, but all of them took a back seat to fatherhood once his son Brendan was born. From that moment on, he devoted himself completely to being the best father he could be.
