Kenneth Robert Keith, Jr.

Kenneth R. Keith Jr., 88, passed away on March 9, 2026.

He is survived by his two sons, Brian Keith and Robert Keith and their families, along with six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Kenneth was a deeply loved and respected man who never met a stranger. His warm and welcoming spirit touched everyone he encountered, and he will be profoundly missed by all who knew and loved him.

In accordance with his wishes, Mr. Keith donated his remains to Western Carolina University for study. A graveside service will be held at a later date. A celebration of his life will take place on Saturday, March 21st at Bethlehem United Methodist Church in Waxhaw, North Carolina.

He will be remembered fondly by his family and friends for the kindness and respect he showed to all. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Western Carolina University Anthropology/Sociology Department, Atrium Health Hospice, or Bethlehem United Methodist Church.
