He is survived by: the mother of his child Bonnie Conaway Mullins of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; his son Scott Mullins of Hager Hill, Kentucky; his brother Kevin Herbert Mullins of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; his granddaughter Kayanna Kenneth R. (Denver); and his great grandchild Atlas Hawke Collins.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 at 5:00 PM and on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Prestonsburg (234 S Lake Dr, Prestonsburg, KY 41653). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
