He was born on May 17, 1978 in Pahokee, Florida to Cynthia Snipes. Kenneth was a resident of Okeechobee for over 20 years and a member of Okeechobee Christian Church. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with family.He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Michael W. Bolinger (not just a stepdad, but a Dad that stepped up); maternal and paternal grandparents; and several aunts and uncles.He is survived by his wife, Kayla Runyon of Lakeland, Florida; mother, Cynthia Snipes Bolinger of Okeechobee, Florida; son, Kutter Bay Snipes of Okeechobee, Florida; daughters, Kordelia B. Snipes and Kennedy K. Snipes of Okeechobee, Florida; brother, William Hawkins of Okeechobee, Florida; sister, Kelly Gosa of Okeechobee, Florida and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, outlaws.
