Kenneth Leo Cossin Sr.

Ken Cossin, age 93, born September 14, 1932, passed away March 6, 2026, at home. Ken, also called "Pops," was born to Helen Mae Backus and George Washington Cossin.

Ken is preceded in death by his parents. Also, his son, Keith Alan Cossin, born on 12/27/1967 and passed away on 8/22/2024. Ken is survived by his wife, Clara "Betty" Cossin, daughter Debbie, son Ken Jr., and 6 grandchildren.

Ken was a beloved father and grandfather. He touched many lives daily with his unwavering strength in faith and the will of God. He was a master carpenter and worked side by side as a young boy with his dad, laying brick and doing carpentry work. He loved sitting listening to music, preferably Southern Gospel and Bluegrass. He loved to get creative with his woodworking on the Lathe. When he wasn't doing that, he would most likely be outside working on the cars, or out back burning something in the firepit, or just sitting in his rocker on the front porch.

Pops lived a long, productive, loving life and will be missed every moment of every day, but we know he was met by his son Keith as well as other family members, and we can only imagine what that reunion was like.
