Kenneth Kuchtyak, 78, of Woodbridge, passed away on March 11, 2026. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Donna; his devoted son and friend, Christian Dylan; his grandson and namesake, Kenny; his sister, Michele Mullen; his treasured nephews, Tim and Sean; and his nieces, Amy and Jennifer.

A lifelong resident of Woodbridge, Kenneth dedicated his career to the Woodbridge Township Public School System, where he served as a teacher, vice-principal, principal, assistant superintendent, and superintendent. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Jersey City State and his Master’s degree from Rutgers. An accomplished writer, he authored the satirical play Bamlet and several short stories, including Sun Day and Bob Dylan’s Harmonica. He also contributed articles on contemporary music to magazines, focusing on Bob Dylan, the Grateful Dead, and David Bowie.

Kenneth lived with a spirited sense of humor and a deep commitment to justice, civil rights, peace, and the environment. He remained a champion for the underprivileged and less fortunate throughout his life, approaching the world with creativity, wit, and compassion.
