He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Proctor and Kenna Jean Proctor (Rohlfs); his father-in-law Wallace Kappen; and his siblings-in-law, Ronald Kappen, Charles Kappen, Jack Kappen and Bonnie Kappen.

He is survived by: his wife Victoria Proctor; his daughters, Shelly Proctor, Angela Zagorski (John) and Erica Nowland; his granddaughters, Jocelyn and Kara Nowland; his sister Nancy Will (Ron); his mother-in-law Shirley Kappen; and his brother-in-law Rob Kappen (Crystal). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ransford Funeral Home & Cremation Services - Caro (205 W Sherman St, Caro, MI 48723). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
