Born on January 15, 1960, to Shelby Cribb Stone and the late Henry Kenneth Hanna, in Marion, South Carolina. Steve lived a life filled with passion for the outdoors and cherished moments with loved ones.Steve was a member of the Word of Life Church, where his faith was a cornerstone of his life. He found joy and solace in nature through his favorite pastimes of hunting and fishing. Whether casting a line or exploring the woods, he embraced the beauty of the world around him. Steve also enjoyed watching NASCAR and UFC fights, sharing these moments with family and friends who shared his enthusiasm.In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sons Sessions (Denise) Parker, Ryan (Nichole) Stone; grandson's Tyson, Devin (Natalie), and Drew; step-brother Barry (Shirley) Collins; In-laws Christine (Steve) Sherwood, Diane (Ricky) Smith, Rev. Keith (Lynn) Thompson, and numerous nieces and nephews.He is Predeceased by a son Neil Berry; brother Terry Hanna; Paternal Grandparents Elton Shaw Hanna and Ora Lee Springs Hanna; step-father Jimmie Stone.Above all else, Steve treasured spending time with his family. His love for them was evident in the time he dedicated to creating lasting memories together.May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him.A Celebration of life will be held at 11 AM, Saturday, March 21, 2026 in the Word of Life Church, 941 S. Clayfield Rd. Johnsonville, SC 29555. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.Burial directed by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway will be in Garden of Devotion Cemetery, 800 S.
