Kenneth E. Mattle

Kenneth E. Mattle, known affectionately as Ken, passed away on March 9, 2026, at the age of 87. He is survived by his beloved wife of 66 years, Jane Favret Mattle; his children, Deborah (Salvatore) Fasciano, Chris (Deborah) Mattle, Robin (Frank) Richards, Robert (Kimberly) Mattle, and Todd Mattle; his daughter-in-law, Katy Mattle; 16 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; and his siblings, Michael (Carol) Mattle and Suzanne Condame. He was predeceased by his son, Scott Mattle; his daughter-in-law, Mary Jo Mattle; his parents, Herbert Sr. and Myrtle Mattle; his brother, Herbert Mattle Jr.; his sister, Nancy Hanna; his brother-in-law, Peter Condame; and his sisters-in-law, Beverly Mattle and Rosemary Mattle.

Ken enjoyed a long and dedicated career with Eastman Kodak Company, where he was known as a dependable and conscientious employee. He later served the Greece Central School District as a school bus driver. A devout Catholic and man of deep faith, he was an active member of the Knights of Columbus for many years and generously volunteered his time as groundskeeper at St. Leo’s Church. He cherished winters spent in Florida with Jane, traveling together to other destinations, and especially treasured family camping trips. Those who knew him will remember his friendliness, kindness, and the genuine joy he brought to family and friends.
