KENNETH CHARLES TURNER

March 10, 1952 March 14, 2026

Dallas, TX

Kenneth Charles Turner, affectionately known as KC, was a beloved son, brother, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and partner. Born on March 10, 1952, in Big Spring, Texas, to Jake and Terry Turner, he passed away peacefully in Dallas, Texas, on March 14, 2026.

One of nine siblings, KC shared a deep and enduring bond with his family. He is survived by his brother, Rayfield (Vee) Turner, and three sisters: Linda (Harry) Turner Miller, Joyce (Michael) Turner, and Ellen (Phil) Turner Clewis. He is now reunited in eternal rest with his parents and brothers John Turner, Wayne Turner, Charlie Turner, and Kelvin Turner.

KC’s greatest joy was his family. He is lovingly remembered by his children Linda, Miesha, Derrick, Courtney, and Tameka, as well as Jennifer Baeza, Jacenia Sims, and Kimberly Farmer, whom he embraced and loved as his own. He proudly served his country for two years in the U.S. Army and two years in the U.S. Navy. For many years he shared his life with his devoted partner, Tina Turner, and her children, creating countless cherished memories together.

Known for his larger-than-life personality, quick wit, and infectious sense of humor, KC had a gift for brightening any room. He loved cooking for family and friends, always impeccably dressed with a confident and polished style that reflected his candid spirit and generous heart. In his later years, he was lovingly cared for by his devoted cousin Angela Samuels, whose compassion and dedication brought him comfort. His deep love for family and the warmth he shared will remain forever in the hearts of all who knew him.
