He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Blom and Helen Blom (Rasmussen); and his stepmother Evelyn Blom. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Hardel; his daughters, Gretchen Davis, Kelly Sain (Steve) and Jennifer Bader (Eric); and his grandchildren, Dylan Sain, Madison Sain, Alexis Davis, Ian Bader and Alec Bader.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 16th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the CDT St. Paul Lutheran Church (200 N Commercial St, Neenah, WI 54956). A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (200 N Commercial St, Neenah, WI 54956).
