Kendall L. Welch, 66, of Watkins Glen, New York, passed away on March 10, 2026. Born in Gaylord, Michigan on November 14, 1959, he was the son of the late Robert and Marge (Williams) Welch.
Kendall was predeceased by his wife, Michelle Welch, and by his siblings, Roberta, Duane, and Donnie. He is survived by his brother, Tracy (Angela) Welch, and by several nieces and nephews who will remember him fondly.
He will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him.
