Kelly Parker ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Thomas Family Funeral Home on Mar. 2, 2026.Kelly Marie Parker, 43, Minot, died Sunday, March 1, 2026, in her home from natural causes.Kelly was born June 14, 1982, in Bozeman, Montana, to James and Carla (Cuddigan) Reiter. She moved to Minot at the age of two, where she was raised and made lifelong memories. She attended Minot Public Schools and graduated from Minot High School in 2000.She was first and foremost a devoted mother. She was blessed with six children, who were the center of her world and her greatest pride. To them, she was not only a mother, but their biggest supporter, fiercest protector, and constant source of comfort. She was also a proud Nani, cherishing every moment spent with her grandchildren and embracing that role with the same warmth and devotion that defined her motherhood.Kelly worked within the Head Start program in Minot for a number of years until moving to Hawaii in 2011. After two years in Hawaii, Kelly and her family moved to California for six years before returning to her roots in the Magic City of Minot in 2019.She was a member of The Pursuit of Minot and was recently baptized as a child of God. Kelly will be remembered for her generous heart, her unwavering dedication to her family, and the way she made those around her feel loved and valued. Her laughter, quick wit, strength, and compassionate nature will be deeply missed but forever cherished by those who knew her.Kelly found comfort in protection prayers and in trusting God to watch over her family. We take comfort in knowing she is now surrounded by His protection and love, just as she always prayed for us.In loving memory of Kelly Marie Parker, our Mom and our Nani - forever loved.Kelly is survived by her children Anthony Walker; Aaliyah (Monta Rabb) Reiter; Amani (Braedyn) Winger; Quintin Jones; Ariyah Brady; and Azalea Brady, all of Minot; grandchildren Aiden Walker; Gianna and Milana Reiter-Rabb; and Khloe Winger; mother Carla Vannett, Minot; grandmother Elaine Cuddigan, Berthold, ND; brother Christopher Reiter, Bismarck, ND; along with numerous extended family members including aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.Kelly was preceded in death by her father James Reiter; stepfather Loren Vannett; grandfather Alan Cuddigan; significant other Reginald "Reggie" Brady; best friend Carri Klefstad; and her beloved furry companion, Hazel Mae.Celebration of Life for Kelly Parker: 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 13, 2026, in The Hub at The Pursuit Church, Minot.Visitation: Thursday, March 12, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Thomas Family Funeral Home, Minot.Memorials given in Kelly's memory will be cherished by her family. To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
