He was predeceased by: his parents, Merrill W. Hodges and Anna LeBeatrice "Bea" Kinnison Hodges; his wife Patricia G. "Pat" Smith Hodges; his son Keith W. Hodges Jr. A; and his son-in-law Robert "Tony" Clayton.

He is survived by: his children, Kirk A. Hodges (Rebecca) of Venus, PA., Theresa A. Hodges Clayton of Mt. Sterling and Karla L. Hodges Beach (Derrick) of West Hickory; his brother Glen Hodges of Apple Grove; his sister-in-law Carol Martin of Sheffield Village, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Patrick Clayton (Sarah) of Kentucky, Toni Clayton (Heith) of Kentucky, Dillon Clayton (Kyssa) of Kentucky, K. Warren Hodges III of Sheffield Village, Ohio, Danielle Hoffman (Seth) of Warren, PA, Kristin Herman (Chuck) of Slippery Rock, PA, Kyle Beach (Tierney) of Tionesta, PA, Alisha Hodges of Clarion, PA, Erika Hodges of Pittsburgh, PA and Zachary Hodges of Clarion; and his siblings, Marion Hodges, Carolyn Stonfer, Marvel McNeill and Ruby Burns.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Lower Hodges Cemetery.
