Keith Ryan Woodhurst

Keith Ryan Woodhurst

Hannibal, MO

Keith Ryan Woodhurst, 37, of Hannibal, Missouri, passed away on March 10, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Hannibal on June 16, 1988, Keith lived a life marked by deep faith, quiet strength, and an extraordinary capacity for love.

From an early age, Keith faced significant physical challenges, yet he met them with remarkable determination, perseverance, and an abiding joy. A devoted follower of Jesus Christ, he embraced his roles as son, brother, and “Uncle Keith” with wholehearted devotion. He found delight in simple pleasures—Cardinals baseball, Pop Rocks and Orange Crush, music, dancing, floating in the pool, and quiet afternoons on his grandmother’s swing. He cherished Sunday dinners with his grandparents, late-night video chats filled with laughter and silly filters with his sister Darcy, and the lively presence of his younger brothers Tanner and Evan, who later gave him the gift of twelve beloved nieces and nephews.

Keith is survived by his parents, Beverly (Bill) Holmes of Hannibal and Ronnie Woodhurst (Sherry Parsons) of Perry; his sisters, Darcy (Eric) Woodhurst of Center and Naomi Holmes of Hannibal; his brothers, Tanner (Lyndsie) Woodhurst and Evan (Lindsey) Woodhurst, both of Perry; and his twelve nieces and nephews: Bralynne, Hallie, Presleigh, Bennett, Kreed, Kohl, Khorie, Khylo, Tripp, Gracelynn, Fynnlee, and Ollie. He is also survived by special friends Jennifer Corey, Stephanie Eickermann, Brenda Richards, and Kim Wellman.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Hazzard and Dorothy Woodhurst and Ezra and Carroll Benn; uncles Russell, Billy, and Neil Woodhurst, and Bradley Benn; aunt Shirley Smith; and stepbrother Bill Holmes. Through his unwavering spirit and gentle heart, Keith left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him, serving as a true witness of God’s grace and strength.
