Keith Richard Kellerman

Keith Richard Kellerman, 54, of Parlin, New Jersey, passed away on March 7, 2026. Born on November 27, 1971, in South Amboy, New Jersey, Keith was a warm-hearted, fun-loving man whose presence lit up every room he entered. Fiercely loyal to those he loved, he had a remarkable ability to make people feel at home, whether through late-night conversations, playing his guitar, or simply showing up when it mattered most. He loved his dog with the same steady devotion he showed to everyone in his life.

A passionate and talented guitarist, Keith lived and breathed music. His deep love of metal was more than a preference; it reflected the energy, spirit, and fire he brought to everything he cared about. Friends and family will remember his easy way of moving from talking sports to debating the greatest metal albums to recommending the perfect movie for any mood, often all in the same conversation.

He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Carol VanFossen, and his father, Ronald “Ronnie” Kellerman.

Keith is survived by his uncles, Russell James VanFossen and Thomas VanFossen; his aunts, Patricia and Denise; and his nine cherished cousins—Tommy, Tina, Lisa, Shelly, Russell, Alona, Jen, Eric, and Matthew—who will carry forward his memory and his music.
