Kay Swanson, 76, of Gwinner, North Dakota, passed away on March 14, 2026, at Four Seasons Healthcare in Forman.
Born and raised in the area, Kay lived a quiet and steady life rooted in the communities of southeastern North Dakota. She was a longtime member of Gustaf Adolf Lutheran Church, where her faith and friendships remained central to her days. Those who knew her remember her gentle spirit, her love for her family, and the simple, consistent ways she showed care for others.
She is survived by her loving family and friends who will carry her memory forward with deep affection and gratitude for the years they shared.
