It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Kay Louise Hopper (Alton, Illinois), who passed away at the age of 83, on March 2, 2026. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Warren and Evelyn Warren (Kies); her spouse Lyndel Lee Hopper; and her brother Bill Warren. She is survived by: her children, Christine Hamblin (Allan) of Godfrey, Michelle Hopper Petersen (Todd) of Alton, Mark Hopper (Debbie) of Ballwin, MO and David Hopper (Harmony) of Lake Villa, IL; her grandchildren, Matthew, Jordyn, Aiden and Gavin; her siblings, Ricky Warren, Mike Warren (Sandy) and Joan Ducar; and her sister-in-law Martha Warren.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 15th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Gent Funeral Home (2409 State St, Alton, IL 62002). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, March 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Ambrose Catholic Church (820 West Homer Adams Pkway, Godfrey, IL 62035).
