Kay Boggan ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Waller Funeral Home & Cremation Services on Mar. 9, 2026.With broken hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Kay Lesley Boggan, who passed away on March 8, 2026, at the age of 73 after a courageous battle with cancer while also living with lupus.Kay was born on December 5, 1952, in Southampton, England, and moved to the United States 39 years ago, where she built a life surrounded by family and friends who loved her dearly. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend known for her strength, kindness, and deep love for her family.She is survived by her children: Joanne Jackson of Biloxi, MS, Marianne Butler (Bobby) of Aberdeen, MS, Gemianne Logan (David) of Greenwood Springs, MS, and Bethanne Boggan (Ryan) of Banner, MS; 16 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her father, John William Forrest; her mother, Gwendolyn Forrest; her sister, Anne Skovgaard and special, long life friends, Faye & Jimmy Bowen.At this time, there will be no visitation or services. A memorial to celebrate her life will be held at a later date.Her love and strength will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
