Katie Louise Sanchez

Katie Ethridge Sanchez, age 40, of Lawrenceville, Georgia, passed away on March 13, 2026. Born on October 11, 1985, in Lawrenceville, she graduated from Dacula High School and worked in food services at Kids Galaxy in Dacula.

Katie shared twenty years of marriage with her husband, Jaime Sanchez of Lawrenceville. She is survived by her children, Antonio Aquirre, Ashlyn Sanchez, and Aaron Sanchez; step-children, Kaitlyn Sanchez, Justin Sanchez, and Jaime Sanchez III; and beloved grandchildren, Gianni Barrios, Alasandro Barrios, Avy Sanchez, Aven Sanchez, Leilani Barrios, and Julian Sanchez. She was preceded in death by her sister, Christy Ethridge Reeves.

She leaves behind her mother, Kathryn Rush Ethridge of Lawrenceville; her father, Marvin W. (Vickie) Ethridge of Lawrenceville; nephews Zachary Reeves of Morganton, Georgia, and Jesse (Tatyana) Reeves of Monroe, Georgia; great-niece Kahea Reeves; and niece Alicia Reeves of Cleveland, Tennessee.

Katie will be remembered for the love she gave to her large, blended family and the warmth she brought to those around her.
