It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathryn Vierling Norris of Junction, Texas, who passed away on March 8, 2026, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George and Pat Stevens Vierling; and her husband Joe Norris. She is survived by: her daughters, Sally Shomaker (Mike) and Ann Norris; her nephews, Rob Brockman, Joe Brockman and Andy Brockman; and her cousins, Trudy Weems, Cade Taylor, Collin Taylor and Peggy Bendle.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Junction City Cemetery (100 W Rio Vista St, Junction, TX 76849).
Memorials may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Junction or the Kimble Hospital Foundation.
