Kathryn ”Kathi” Fair

December 14, 1951 March 10, 2026

Fallston, MD

Kathryn “Kathi” Marie Fair, age 74, of Fallston, Maryland, passed away at home on March 10, 2026, surrounded by her husband and daughter after a long and courageous battle with colon cancer. True to her character, she faced her illness with the same determination and fighting spirit she brought to every part of her life.

Kathi was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, William Fair Jr., their daughter Lisa Koerner and son-in-law Mike, and their grandchildren Alyssa and Christopher. She is also survived by her siblings Marlene Shoemaker, Sheila Weidel, Bill and Donna Marck, John and Annie Ginn, Sandy and Dave Bran, Cindy Lamasa, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Marck Jr. and Bertha Ginn.

A graduate of Perry Hall High School in 1969, Kathi later studied computer programming at Essex Community College and earned her realtor’s license in Arizona. A strong and independent woman, she raised a daughter, helped organize and improve the lives of others, and partnered with her husband in running a motorcycle shop. She had a deep compassion for all living beings, both people and animals. Kathi loved traveling across the country on motorcycle with her husband and friends, and her warm, outgoing nature allowed her to make friends wherever she went. To know her was to love her, and she will be deeply missed by all whose lives she touched.
