Kathleen "Kathy" Youngblood

Patricia Kathleen "Kathy" Youngblood, born August 28, 1956 in Mineral Wells, Texas, departed peacefully from this life on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at age 69, on what would have been her parents, Alvin and Mayme Youngblood’s, wedding anniversary. Kathy was a cherished daughter, sister, and aunt, whose life was profoundly enriched by the love and support of her family. She held a special place in the hearts of all who knew her.

Kathy was preceded in death by her father, Alvin Thomas Youngblood; mother, Mayme Youngblood Duncan; and brother, Bobby Youngblood.

Kathy is survived by her stepmother, Velma Youngblood; sister, Julie Youngblood Funderburg; and by her nieces, Crystal Claire and April Huse; and nephews, Kelsey Funderburg, Clay Youngblood, Matthew Youngblood, and Cody Youngblood.

Visitation for family and friends will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, 913 North Elm Street, Weatherford, Texas 76086.

A graveside service will begin at 10:00 a.m., on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at the Fairview Cemetery, in Millsap, Texas.

Kathy's gentle presence will be dearly missed and she will remain a beloved member of her family.
