Kathleen M. Morris

Kathleen M. (Conlan) Morris, 74, of New Bedford, passed away unexpectedly on March 13, 2026 at St. Luke’s Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Born in New Bedford, she was the daughter of the late Thomas M. and Mary A. (Armstrong) Conlan. She lived most of her life in the city she cherished.

A devoted Catholic, Kathleen prayed daily and was a longtime communicant of Holy Name of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, where she was also an active member of the Women’s Guild. She worked for many years at Sacred Heart Home before retiring.

She leaves behind her four children, Elizabeth Rounseville and her husband Robert of Rochester, Eileen Morris, Joseph Morris, and Brian Morris and his wife Lauren, all of New Bedford; her brother, Thomas Conlan and his wife Pat of Westport; her sister-in-law, Nancy Tanguay of Dartmouth; seven grandchildren, Jayton, Jonathan, Asryana, Owen, Lilyann, Annalise, and Trevor; three great-grandchildren, Kai, Tabor, and Zah’kari; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
