Kathleen Henry

Kathleen Henry of Irwin, Pennsylvania, passed away on March 16, 2026 at the age of 74. She was predeceased by her parents, Frank Lane and Pauline Lane (Prinkey). She is survived by her children, Craig Henry (Rachel) and Chaze Henry; her partner, Jerry Radebaugh; her siblings, Dennis Lane, Lynda Stephens and Bonnie Kirsch; her grandchildren, Tyler, Kasidy, Landon and Delilah; and her beloved pet Shiloh. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Kathleen touched the lives of all who knew her, leaving behind a legacy of love and connection that will remain with her family and friends. Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those she held dear, offering quiet comfort in the days ahead.
