Katherine Foster

Katherine Ann Foster, age 81, of Hendersonville passed away on March 5, 2026. Kathy was born on June 26, 1944 to the late Ralph and Evelyn Powell in Nashville, Tennessee.

Kathy deeply cherished her family and loved them fiercely. She would do anything for those she loved and never missed an opportunity to celebrate them, taking great joy in attending her grandchildren's sporting events and activities. Kathy found happiness in crafting and quilting, and especially loved traveling, with the beach holding a special place in her heart. Above all else, she was the absolute best wife, mother, and grandma, and her love and devotion will be forever remembered.

In addition to her parents, Kathy is preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Ronald Foster; and her son, Lance Foster.

Kathy is survived by her children, Scott Foster (Amanda), Troy Foster (Stormi), and Kim Isenberg (Tracy); her grandchildren, Cody and Blaze Foster, Courtney, Kelsi, Hunter, Brayden, and Brycen Foster, Greyson, Carter, and Emma Isenberg; and her great grandchildren, Beckett and Callum Yates, and Calli Miles.

Visitation for Kathy will be held on Monday, March 16, 2026 from 10 am until 12 noon at Hendersonville Funeral Home (353 E. Main St., Hendersonville, Tennessee 37075). A graveside service will be held at the same location following visitation.
