She was born on December 24, 1983, in St. Louis to Bill and Chris Moore.Kasey grew up in Troy, MO and later made her home in Wentzville, MO, where she built a life centered around family, compassion, and caring for others.Kasey had a heart for people and lived her life caring for those around her-family, friends, patients, and even strangers who needed kindness. Her generous spirit and genuine compassion left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her.She found joy in music, crafting, and especially spending time with her family. Her children were the center of her world, and she cherished every moment she spent with them.Kasey is survived by her loving husband, Jesse Carmell; their sons, Kooper and Baxter; and daughter, Jillian. She is also survived by her mother, Chris Moore; her sister, Kamala (Moore) Moriarity and her children, Haley and Logan; and her twin brother, Nick Moore and his wife, Rebecca, along with their sons, Kaylor and Kaleb. She is further survived by many extended family members and friends who will deeply miss her.She was preceded in death by her father, Bill Moore; her sister, Karen; and many other beloved family members.A Celebration of Life, hosted by the family, will be held on Sunday, April 12, 2026, at Aquila Barn in Moscow Mills, MO. An open house will begin at 12:00 PM with a brief service at 4:00 PM. Guests are encouraged to wear all things pink, sparkles, and zebra.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to support Kasey's children and their future college fund (Carmell Children) c/o McCoy-Blossom Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1304 Boone Street, Troy, MO, 63379, 636-528-8244.Kasey will be remembered for her kindness, her compassionate heart, and the love she gave so freely.
