Karl Clinton Patrick Joseph

Karl Clinton Patrick Joseph

DeLand, FL

Karl Clinton Patrick Joseph, age 51, passed away on March 6, 2026, surrounded by the warmth of his loving family and friends.

Born on August 13, 1974, on the island of St. Croix, US Virgin Islands, Clinton was the second of three children born to Melrose and Fernella Joseph. Raised in Harvey Project, Kingshill, he graduated from St. Croix Central High School in 1994. From an early age, he displayed a deep fascination with electronics, often taking gadgets apart to understand how they worked, sometimes even when they were in perfect condition.

In 1996, Clinton relocated to Waterbury, Connecticut, where he received specialized training in Computer Technology and Bookkeeping. He went on to own and operate successful IT and repair businesses in both St. Croix and Florida, embracing entrepreneurship as his true path. He was known for moving at his own pace, yet his dedication and skill earned him respect in everything he undertook.

The light of Clinton’s life was his daughter, Ne’Tasia Leilani Joseph, born July 31, 1998. A devoted father, he took immense pride in her every accomplishment, and the two shared a deep and enduring bond. Known to many as “Karl,” “El General,” “Slow Boi,” or the “Silence Man”—a nickname given by his late grandmother, Diana Lewis “Dah”—Clinton served as a vital link between family and friends across generations. His kind nature and playful sense of humor touched everyone who knew him. He lived by the words of Colossians 3:23-24: “Whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men.”

May his soul rest in eternal peace, for his work is now complete.
