Karie Renee Crisp

Karie Renee Crisp, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, niece, and friend, passed away on March 8, 2026, at Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Born on April 22, 1959, Karie brought joy and love to everyone around her. A proud graduate of Dearborn High School in Michigan, she lived with a warmth and compassion that touched all who knew her. She found delight in exploring life’s simple pleasures, whether spending time at the casino, enjoying a meal out, or embarking on a shopping adventure.

Her family was the center of Karie’s world. She took immense pride in her sons, Nicholas (Mederise) and Nathan (Christina), and held her granddaughter Nicolina especially close to her heart. She shared a deep bond with her beloved dog Frank, whose companionship brought her daily happiness. Karie remained close with her brother Robert Ergonis and her uncle Samuel Ergonis, and she was dearly loved by her many nieces, nephews, great-nephews, and friends.

She is now at rest with her parents, Donald Ergonis and Toylene Franco, and her brother Michael Ergonis. Karie leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories that will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
