Karen Marie Trembley, 85, of McGregor and formerly of Richfield, passed away on March 12, 2026, at Golden Horizons in Aitkin. Born on April 11, 1940, in Delavan to Alfred and Ruth (Pagel) Anderson, Karen married Joseph Trembley on July 17, 1957, in Delavan. Together they created a warm and welcoming home that revolved around family, friendship, and the simple joys that made life meaningful.
Karen had a natural gift for bringing people together and loved entertaining family and friends. She found great pleasure in traveling to Las Vegas and Laughlin, Nevada, playing cards, boating, and creating lasting memories with those she held dear. Above all, she cherished every moment spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. A proud member of the Red Hat Society, she looked forward to the laughter and camaraderie she shared with the ladies in the group.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph; her parents; her brother, Jerry Anderson; and her son-in-law, Doug Ehrreich.
Karen is survived by her children, Debbie Ehrreich, Darwin (Debbie) Trembley, Dawn (Tom) Johnson, Denise (Roger) Nordlocken, and Danette Trembley; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; her sister, Judy Frankcamp; her aunt, Mary Lazerine; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
