In Loving Memory of Karen Louise Sheldon

October 20, 1948 – March 12, 2026

Karen Sheldon, 77, passed away peacefully on March 12, 2026. Born in Salem, Ohio, Karen was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose kindness touched everyone she met. There was rarely a person she met that didn't become a friend to her.

Preceded in death by her parents Helen and William Lucas and her sister Cheryl Fahy. She is survived by her high school sweetheart and husband of nearly 60 years, Charles Sheldon; her brother, Kevin Lucas and his wife Kathi; her daughter, Stacy Sheldon and her husband Kevin; her son Michael Sheldon and his wife Lisa; her grandchildren, Jordan Paul, Sarah Sheldon, Tim Sheldon, and April Sheldon; and other nieces, nephews, great grandchildren and dear friends.

A celebration of Karen's life will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Sunset Cemetery in the mausoleum. Services will continue immediately after at 11:00 a.m. at Sunset Cemetery.

Her gentle spirit, warm smile, and boundless compassion will be deeply missed but forever remembered.
