Karen is survived by her husband, Allen Lawson; her daughter, Connie Bertsch; and her siblings, Margaret Lockwood (Dale), Darlene Bowman (Jay), Jackie Alberding (Bill), Elaine Hall (Tom), Tim Eckhart (Donna), Joe Eckhart (Deb), and Patti Smeal.
