She was the beloved wife of Greg Germain, her best friend and partner of 29 years.Karen earned a certificate in paralegal studies from Katherine Gibbs School and went on to work as an administrator in the healthcare field. She had a deep love for life and the outdoors. Karen especially enjoyed kayaking, relaxing by the campfire, tending to her garden, and watching hummingbirds. She also appreciated a good glass of cabernet, was an avid fan of the Boston Bruins, and looked forward to trips to New Hampshire and attending the Fryeburg Fair in Maine.In addition to her husband, she is survived by her siblings and their spouses, Michael and Maureen Alleva, Cheryl and Bill Firsin, and Linda and Rick Cantele; her brothers- and sisters-in-law, Brenda and Gary Ritz, Debbie and Ray Berthelette, and Gary Carlson; as well as many loving nieces and nephews.
