She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Howard; and her father Anthony Scipione. She is survived by: her mother Lillian Scipione; her brother John Scipione; her sibling's children, Lisa Scipione (Ian Spedding) and Anthony Scipione Gibson (Rudy); and her great-niece Isabel (Ellie).

Viewing will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Koller Funeral Home (6835 Ridge Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19128). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
