A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, and a former resident of Waveland, Mississippi, Jay was known for his dedication to his family, his community, and his career in law enforcement.Jay proudly served as an officer with the New Orleans Police Department for 30 years. He took great pride in his work and the opportunity to serve and protect the people of his city.
