She was born December 06, 1958 in Breathitt County, Kentucky to the late James W. Smith and Elsie Rae Fraley.Survived by three sons, Anthony Brian Taulbee of Salyersville, Kentucky, Ernest Gordon Taulbee of Louisville, Kentucky, Charles Elliott (Caysie) Taulbee of Salyersville, Kentucky, one daughter, Kimberly Ann (Jeffrey) Arnett of Salyersville, Kentucky, three sisters, Stella Hensley of Burlington, Kentucky, Lois Karr of Salyersville, Kentucky, Amber Vancleave of Union, Kentucky, seven grandchildren, Brayden Slade Taulbee, Isabelle Sophia Taulbee, Chloe Roseann Taulbee, Cain Arnett, Caleb Arnett, Abilene Taulbee, Ellayna Taulbee, two great - grandchildren, Logan Cain Arnett and Hazel Montgomery.In addition to her parents, June is preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Ray Taulbee, and one sister, Ruth Gambill.Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, March 18, 2026 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Ben Martin officiating. Burial will follow in the Taulbee Cemetery at Frozen, Kentucky. Friends may visit the funeral home Tuesday, March 17, 2026 from 6:00 P.M. till 9:00P.M. and any time prior to funeral services.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
