White and Jacquelin (Smith) White and graduated from Buckeye Valley High School.Julie retired from Meijer's in Lewis Center and enjoyed taking photographs, gambling and spending time with her family. She also enjoyed feeding the birds, shopping and gifting. She lived her life with determination.Left to cherish her memory are her father, John G. White of Sunbury; brothers, John P. White of Sunbury and James White of Marion; nephew, James M. (Kate) White; great nephews, John M. White and James F. White; many friends.Julie was preceded in death by her mother Jackie White, husband Robert "Bob" Vigar, nephew John T. White, uncle J.
