Julie Hall, 71, a cherished member of the Norwood and Hudson communities passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 15, 2026.She was born on February 12, 1955, in Norwood, Massachusetts, to the late Edward and Julie (Flaherty) Gordon. She was a graduate of Norwood High School and lived in Norwood for many years before moving to Hudson, where she has resided for over 20 years. She was well known and loved as a school bus driver for many years, a role in which she exhibited patience and care, ensuring the safety and comfort of countless children.Julie was a woman of many interests and talents. An avid golf player, she was an enthusiastic member of the Putt Nuts Golf League at Stow Acres, where her competitive spirit and camaraderie were greatly admired. She also nurtured a rich passion for the arts — painting, drawing, and sketching brought her joy and creative fulfillment throughout her life. Her adventurous spirit was evident in her travels with her husband Bud, exploring the diverse cultures of Italy, Japan, Florida, Tennessee, and nearby retreats that enriched their shared experiences.Julie cherished her role as a grandmother. She delighted in all things sentimental, often driving around to purchase gifts imbued with love and warmth and taking great pleasure in mailing goodies to her granddaughters, Piper and Emma. They were beacons of joy in her life.Julie is survived by her beloved husband, Clarence "Bud" Dennis; her daughters Jennifer Hall of Weymouth, Massachusetts, and Kristen Rinowski along with her husband, Ryan, of Mandeville, Louisiana; her step-son Justin Dennis and his wife, Nicole, of New Ipswich, New Hampshire, as well as her beloved grand-daughters Piper and Emma Rinowski, and her step-grandchildren Abigail, Everett, and Jameson Dennis.Julie was a committed volunteer at the Agape Cafe Dinner, where she generously gave her time to help others, reflecting her enduring commitment to service and kindness. Her legacy of compassion, creativity, and joyous spirit will long endure in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.Julie will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by her family and all whose lives she touched.Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 from 11:00AM - 1:00PM at Tighe Hamilton Regional Funeral Home, 50 Central St., Hudson, MA followed by a Celebration of Life at 1:00PM at the funeral home.
