Born on October 8, 1933, in Detroit, Michigan, Juliann was the cherished daughter of the late Mathais and Marie (Howard) Roehl.Juliann's journey through life was shared with her beloved husband, Louis "John" Ferrara, whom she married in 1956. Their partnership was one of mutual respect and unwavering support until John's passing in 1994. Together, they founded Cash in Times in Eastpointe in 1973, and Juliann continued to run the business with John until he passed.She is survived by her children, Keith (Karen) Ferrara of Port St. Lucie, Florida, Eva (David Smith) Ferrara of Cottrellville Township, Claudia (George) Korenic of Fort Myers, Florida, and Lynne Szarama of Clinton Township. Juliann's legacy is further carried on by her adoring grandchildren, Kari, Gail (Alyssa), Jeremy (Amanda Bartimore), and Lauren, and her four great-grandchildren, Cynthia, Charlotte, Landon, and Myles, who will forever cherish the strong values and confidence she instilled in them.Juliann was preceded in death by her husband, John; her daughter, Ann Ferrara; her son-in-law, David Szarama; and her siblings, Bea, Gene, Pete, Joann, and Jim.Juliann was the matriarch of a family that adored her and was a caregiver not only to her own kin but to many who were fortunate enough to cross her path. Her life was marked by an unwavering spirit of independence and the ability to face challenges with grace and resilience.Her interests were a reflection of her zest for life, with a particular love for visiting the casino. Juliann celebrated her last birthday with a final trip that was as lively and spirited as she was.
