Julian K. Phelps Jr.

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julian K. Phelps Jr. of Howell, Michigan, born in Highland Park, Michigan, who passed away on March 6, 2026, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Phelps and Callie Phelps (Nunnally); his daughter Janet; and his brothers, James "Poojay" and Charlie.

He is survived by: his wife Judy (Renaud); his daughters, Jackie McGue (Mike) of Highland and Julie Phelps of Dearborn Heights; his grandchildren, Kevin (Kayla) and Brooke; his great grandchild Blaire; his siblings, Kay (George), Darryl and Jerry; and his aunt Hilda. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the John N. Santeiu & Son, Inc. (1139 Inkster Rd, Garden City, MI 48135).
