Julia K. Bell

Julia Kathlene Bell, known affectionately as Julie, was born on November 12, 1959, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and passed away on March 13, 2026, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. In her final moments, she was tenderly accompanied by her daughter Chelsey, who held her hand and sang “Amazing Grace,” a heartfelt farewell to a beloved mother, granju, daughter, sister, and friend.

A devoted member of First Pentecostal Church in Denham Springs, Julie’s faith remained a guiding cornerstone throughout her life, shaping her deep love and steadfast commitment to her family and community.

She is survived by her daughter, Chelsey Constanzi, and son-in-law, Billy Constanzi; her granddaughters, Aria and Alexa; her mother, Jane Bell; her sisters and brothers-in-law, Debra and David Parker, Brenda and Jerry Naquin, Cathy and Melvin Kimble, and Karen and Brett Guitreau; along with many nieces and nephews; and her special and devoted friend, Sherry Boothe. Julie was preceded in death by her father, Harrell Bell, and is now reunited with him.

Julie will be profoundly missed by all who knew her. Her legacy of family and faith endures, inspiring those she leaves behind to cherish and honor her memory.
