She was born July 29, 1950 in Wichita, Kansas the daughter of Lewis Marvin Durham & Ruby Virginia Scott Durham.She was a Registered Nurse for many years working 1992 until 2020 at St. Mary's Hospital and Mercy Medical Center both located in Rogers, Arkansas. She enjoyed spending time with family & friends. She loved traveling and time on the water at Beaver Lake.She was preceded in death by: her parents, her husband; Rex Wheeler, one brother Mike Durham, one sister Suzy Durham, and one grandson; David Houck.Judy is survived by: one son; Dan Jackson and his wife Kim, of Rogers, one daughter; Debby Houck and her partner Heath , of Rogers, two grandchildren; Danielle(Jesse) & Brittany(Thomas), her granddaughter-in-law Hailey(widow of David) and 9 great-grandchildren.Celebration of life will be March 28, 2026 at noon at Grace Harbor church AKA the Barn (2400 W New Hope Rd, Rogers)To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
