Judy Jean (Williams) Miller, 71, passed away March 2, 2026, in Lubbock, TX. She was born April 11, 1954, to Billy O’Neil and Ruth Lavoya (Smith) Williams, in Big Lake, TX.

Judy was preceded in death by her husband and their 2 children. She is survived by 7 grandchildren, who she loved and raised as her own: Ashton Thompson, Heather Braaksma, Lucas Mallam, Sara Braaksma, Amber Williams, Brian Miller, and Andrew Miller.

Arrangements were entrusted to Combest Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Lubbock.
